Folio (about 275x200 mm.). (402, including 2 blank) ll. Gothic type, 42 lines in two columns. Rubricated and with Lombard initials supplied in red.
Contemporary German blindstamped pigskin over wooden boards, somewhat stained and worn, vellum label with manuscript title in a contemporary hand on upper cover, lacking metal pieces and clasps, spine in four compartments. A few marginal tears, some worming to final quires. Slight browning and light marginal foxing in places, occasional stains (l. c6r two lines illegible). Occasional old marginal annotations, some notes to inside of boards. Final page with ownership inscription.
Provenance: "Das den Heiligen Sixtus und Sebastian geweihte Augustinerchorherrenstift (Herren)chiemsee (inscription on last printed page). This copy once belonged to the augustinian monastery of St. Nicholas at Passau & was probably bound for its library.
