Reddish full morocco binding, boards with decor of gilt and red, spine with gilt lettering, spine faded, slight wear to upper cover, upper edge gilt, otherwise untrimmed (signed Ole Olsen, Co'libri, 1980). Paper casette.
Original wrapper and spine bound in (slightly foxed). Number XXIII of 25 copies in a limited edition of total 285 copies. This copy signed in pencil by the artist on the flyleaf. Text with some foxing, a few on the edges.
Ole Olsen (1932-2009), artist, bookbinder, worked amongst others for the famous Swiss binder Hugo Pellers. He also worked as a teacher at Galleria del bel Libro and Scuola d'Arte per Legatori Artistici in Ascona in 1967-71. In 1972 he opened the book gallery Co' libri.
