Fine red morocco, richly gilt, green inner doublures, inner dentelles, green silk doblures, covers with gilt-decorated frames of flowers in gilt and black, in the lower part the name of William H. McCarthy in gilt, upper inner hinge split, outer hinge with slight wear, richly gilt spine in compartments, gilt title and the year 1859, slightly faded, gilt edges. Red cassette. Slight foxing.
